The following are the terms on which you may use the Bondscape website (the "Site"). You should read this Disclaimer before using this Site. By using the Site and the information contained on, distributed through or linked, downloaded or accessed from the Site, you agree to the following limitations, which supplement the Client Access Agreement. Barclays Bank PLC reserves the right to amend this Disclaimer at any time. Your continued access to and use of the Site shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of any such amendments.

Regulator and Responsibility
The Site is a joint venture of ideas and technologies between the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC ("Barclays Capital") and Winterflood Securities Limited ("Winterflood"). This Site is maintained and operated by Barclays Bank PLC ("Barclays") and is made available to persons based in the United Kingdom by that company. Barclays Bank PLC and Winterflood are regulated by the Financial Services Authority ("FSA").
Accuracy of Information
This Site contains price information that is supplied by Barclays Capital, Winterflood and such other price providers regulated by the FSA that may agree to participate from time to time, (the "Price Providers"). The sole responsibility of each Price Provider in relation to the Site is the accuracy of any prices it may provide from time to time to Barclays Capital.
